Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi is a trusted corporate and transactional advisor with extensive experience advising businesses across the Middle East on complex legal and commercial matters. He has served as a lawyer and legal advisor at his own firm, “Abdulrahman Alsharhan Lawyers and Legal Consultants,” where he closely collaborated with clients on civil, commercial, and penal cases. His role involved preparing legal documents, drafting contracts, and providing consultative services that required sound judgment and discretion, ensuring alignment with regulatory and commercial risk.
His expertise extends to advising clients in regulated and high-growth sectors, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and cross-border transactions. During his tenure at the Securities & Commodities Authority in Abu Dhabi, he was actively involved in legislative drafting and providing legal opinions, ensuring that the legal strategy aligned with commercial objectives and industry regulations.
Beyond transactional work, Abdulrahman has acted as a long-term legal advisor, supporting governance and restructuring efforts. His experience as a Senior Notary Public at the Dubai Court allowed him to oversee compliance with UAE laws and manage notarial services effectively. Amr Mourad is a Founding Partner of Clexus & Partners. Prior to co-founding the firm, Amr built a distinguished professional background through his tenure at two of the region’s leading law firms and two prominent corporate groups, where he advised a diverse portfolio of clients across corporate, litigation, and arbitration matters. His client base spans key sectors including real estate development, banking, construction, and family offices.
Amr holds an LLM in International Business Law from a United Kingdom institution, equipping him with a sophisticated understanding of both common law and civil law systems. This dual-system expertise has been instrumental in broadening his practice and cultivating enduring relationships with an international client base.
Throughout his career in the UAE, Amr has led a series of high-profile and complex disputes, including shareholder disputes, multijurisdictional proceedings, cross-border white-collar investigations, and asset recovery matters. His strategic acumen and hands-on approach to dispute resolution have established him as a trusted adviser to a number of leading international law firms with offices in Dubai and across the globe.

Mohamed Ali
Partner
Mohamed Ali is a distinguished legal professional and a founding partner at Clexus & Partners. He commenced his legal practice in the United Arab Emirates in 2008 and holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from Alexandria University. With nearly four decades of experience, Mohamed has established himself as a leading authority on litigation and legal matters within the UAE and the broader Middle East region.
Throughout his career, Mohamed has undergone extensive training at the Dubai Judicial Institute, specializing in various areas such as Labor Relations Law, Collective Labor Disputes, Civil Procedure Law including seizures and sale Enforcement Bonds, and the Role and Jurisdiction of Enforcement Judges. He has also completed a training program focused on the criminal protection of trademarks.
As a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2000, Mohamed has built a solid foundation in legal practice, equipping him with a deep understanding of the complexities of litigation. His proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and strategic legal advisory ensures that businesses operate within a secure legal framework while effectively protecting their commercial interests.
